1. Booking Confirmation & Payment Schedule

A tour reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed initial advance deposit and issuance of our official booking voucher. The remaining tour balance must be settled prior to or upon arrival in Varanasi, as specified in your booking confirmation.

We accept payments via verified banking channels (UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, Credit/Debit cards). Official tax invoices and payment receipts are issued for all transactions.

2. Guest Identification & Temple Protocols

All guests, including children, must carry valid government-approved photo identification (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License). Foreign nationals are required to carry a valid Passport and Indian Visa.

For special darshan slots (such as Shri Kashi Vishwanath Sugam Darshan, Mangala Aarti, or Ayodhya Ram Janmabhoomi VIP passes), guest names and ID details must precisely match the government registration documents. Guests are requested to adhere to local temple dress codes and photography regulations.

3. Ganga Boat Rides & Ghat Rituals

Sunrise and evening Ganga Aarti boat rides are subject to river navigation safety guidelines issued by the District Administration and Varanasi Police. During high monsoon water levels (typically July to September), boat movements may be restricted or paused by authorities for public safety.

In such unavoidable situations, alternate walking ghat tours or rooftop viewing arrangements will be provided, and boat service charges will be adjusted or refunded accordingly. Wearing provided life jackets on boats is mandatory.

4. Itinerary Adjustments & Force Majeure

While we make every effort to execute tours strictly according to the shared itinerary, Eternal Ganges Holidays reserves the right to alter the sequence or route in the event of:

• Major festival crowds (e.g., Dev Deepawali, Mahashivratri, Shravan Month, Chhath Puja).
• VIP security movements, administrative road diversions, or temple entry restrictions.
• Extreme weather conditions, flight/train delays, or natural events beyond our control.

We do not accept liability for additional costs incurred due to train/flight cancellations or circumstances classified as Force Majeure.

5. Chauffeur & Vehicle Usage

All vehicles provided (Sedan, Innova, Crysta, Tempo Traveller, Mini Coach) are clean, air-conditioned, commercially insured, and operated by experienced, licensed chauffeurs familiar with local Varanasi routes.

Vehicle usage is strictly as per the agreed itinerary and points. Parking, toll taxes, and driver allowances are included in all-inclusive packages unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Luggage & Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their luggage, jewelry, cash, mobile phones, and sacred offerings at all times, particularly in crowded temple corridors and ghats. While our staff and drivers exercise utmost vigilance, we cannot be held responsible for personal loss or theft.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to our services shall be governed by the laws of India and subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
