Cancellation charges depend on the date on which written intimation is received by our team prior to the scheduled tour commencement date:

We encourage pilgrims to postpone rather than cancel! If you need to shift your dates due to train/flight changes or personal delays, we offer One-Time Free Rescheduling if informed at least 7 days before travel, subject to hotel room availability and seasonal rate parity.
Please note that certain non-negotiable costs cannot be refunded:
If private boat rides or evening Ganga Aarti river navigation are suspended by the Varanasi District Administration due to high water levels, strong river currents, or heavy rain, the boat ride portion will be fully refunded or adjusted against an equivalent spiritual land experience.
Once a cancellation is confirmed and approved in writing, eligible refunds will be initiated immediately. Funds will be credited back to your original payment mode (Bank Account, UPI, or Card) within 5 to 7 business working days.
