This 5-day tour takes you to Ravangla to visit the colossal 130-foot golden Buddha statue at Buddha Park (Tathagata Tsal) and Sikkim’s only tea garden at Temi. Travel onwards to Pelling, celebrated for the closest, most panoramic views of Mt. Kanchenjunga. Walk across the thrilling Glass Skywalk to the giant Chenrezig statue, explore the 17th-century Pemayangtse Monastery, wander through the romantic stone ruins of Rabdentse Palace, and seek blessings at the sacred, wish-fulfilling Khecheopalri Lake.

DAY 1

Bagdogra / NJP to Ravangla & Colossal Buddha Park

Dinner

Arrive at Bagdogra Airport or NJP Railway Station. Drive into the picturesque hills of South Sikkim to Ravangla (approx. 125 km / 4.5 hrs). Check in to your hotel. In the afternoon, visit Buddha Park (Tathagata Tsal), featuring a monumental 130-foot seated golden Buddha statue set within manicured gardens with the snowy Himalayas in the backdrop.

DAY 2

Temi Tea Garden Drive & Transfer to Pelling

Breakfast & Dinner

After breakfast, drive through the rolling green slopes of Temi Tea Estate, Sikkim’s only tea garden producing prized organic tea. Continue to Pelling in West Sikkim (approx. 50 km / 2 hrs). DAY 3

DAY 4

Khecheopalri Sacred Lake, Kanchenjunga Waterfalls & Rimbi Falls

Breakfast & Dinner

Full day excursion to the holy Khecheopalri Lake, sacred to both Buddhists and Hindus, nestled in pristine untouched forest. Continue to the roaring Kanchenjunga Waterfalls and Rimbi Orange Gardens. Return to Pelling in the evening for a warm bonfire and dinner.

DAY 5

Sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga & Departure to Bagdogra / NJP
